We are working on behalf of a client who provides excellent training and has a very level of staff retention as they offer a career path internally.  Based in Redbourn, Herts, near St Albans, they are currently looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team.

Seeking a person who has strong communication skills and at least one years experience in an office based Customer Service role dealing with B2B customers.  Would suit a Graduate or College Leaver with extremely clear and concise communication skills, good listening skills and the desire to grow within a business.

The role will involve managing your own client base providing:-

• Providing fault diagnosis for telephone, broadband, mobile faults etc (full training given)
• Dealing with billing issues
• Updating their bespoke database with relevant information
• Sending replacement handsets
• Building relationships with clients
• Identifying customer needs
• Retaining clients

If you live within easy commuting distance of Redbourn, Herts and have at least one years experience in an office based Customer Service, Account Manager or Sales Admin type of role dealing with B2B customers, then please apply now.
