Telesales Manager B2C

Very friendly and growing business based in Watford, Herts who are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager to manage a team of 8 Telesales Executives within a B2C environment.

The role responsibilities will including:-

• To lead, manage and motivate the team in a professional manner to ensure targets are met consistently
• Being the ‘go to’ person for the team, sharing product and procedure knowledge and making informed decisions
• To coach and train the team weekly to ensure all members are performing to standard and best practice is shared around the team
• To communicate with the team, keeping all members updated in an organised way, holding team and one-to-one meetings.
• To problem-solve and take action to resolve fundamental issues such as a slow sales day and planning skills to avoid problems recurring unnecessarily
• To authorise/decline holiday requests, ensuring sufficient staffing resource in the office to manage the workload at all times
• To manage all sickness and other absence issues proactively, regardless of whether these are positive or negative issues, without leaving difficult issues to fester
• Sharing data with upline in a professional and structured way.
• Attending meetings, giving input and sharing ideas
• Taking sales calls and helping out where there is a business need such as covering for high absence
• Speaking to, and building rapport, with our pool of surveyors so that you have a resource to consult for emergency bookings or issues
• Working alongside the Customer Service team, ensuring you and your team have picked up any referred items and resolved these
• Highlighting issues and feeding back to continuously improve service

The company are based in spacious and bright open plan offices with parking near the town centre and are seeking a proactive and experienced Man Manager to join the team.
