My client is a well established manufacturer of combustion equipment who are seeking an experienced Project Sales Engineer to work on the post sales side of their business.  Based in Borehamwood, Herts.

The company manufacture, install and service their bespoke equipment onto the client site, mainly across the UK.  This role is Post Sales where the client will require costings for maybe the relocation of the equipment or ancillary equipment or pipes or perhaps extra machines/equipment.

Your role and responsibilities will include:-

• Attending the customer site across the UK
• Providing a solution and design by liaising with internal applications or projects engineers
• Quoting for necessary works together with timescales
• Building relationships with clients
• Working with the internal Applications and Project Teams

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/Electrical Engineer who confident customer facing skills, the ability to understand the customer requirements and work with the Applications and Projects Engineers to find a solution and put together a quotation.  Once the customer accepts the proposal working with the Project Engineers to ensuring the smooth running of the project to completion.

All enquiries come in from existing customers.  This role requires a person with a good understanding of Project Engineering, to a degree design engineering and Application Engineering but also happy to work with the internal Projects and Application Engineers for support to produce quotations and drawings.

A salary package including basic and bonus is worth circa £48k plus car plus excellent benefits.
