Part Time Accounts Administrator
Part Time Permanent role based Bushey/Watford borders 12-16 hours per week. These hours may increase with time.
My client is a well established and successful small business require an experienced Accounts Administrator. Responsibilities include:-
• Managing Xero and their in house system called SimPro
• Producing invoices
• Process supplier invoices
• Credit Control
• Manage CIS Subcontractor process
• Manage expenses process
• Produce weekly/monthly management reports
• Manage holiday & sickness reporting
Seeking a proactive Accounts Administrator who lives within easy commuting distance of Bushey/Watford who is an Xero user and has exceptional organisational skills.
