My client is a well established logistics business who are moving to Luton, Beds in September as part of their growth and due to this are seeking an experienced Office based Sales Administrator to join their team. A small but friendly team with a very low turnover in staff which speaks volumes about the business.
The role responsibilities will include:-
- Taking inbound calls from existing customers and new customer enquiries
- Scheduling bookings using their inhouse bespoke database
- Taking bookings via email often on Excel and transferring them onto their bespoke system
- Liaising with the operations team
- Providing pricing for each booking where required
- Taking full details from prospects customer enquiries and passing to the Sales Manager
- Setting up new clients on the database
We are looking for an experienced office based Sales Administrator, Customer Service, Sales Support person who has an excellent telephone manner, is used to taking inbound calls and has a strong belief in providing an exceptional service to customers.
