Office based Customer Service

My client is a worldwide market leader in their field and as part of their expansion are looking to recruit an experienced Office based Customer Service person to cover both UK and overseas customers.  The role is based in Hemel Hempstead, Herts.

Providing an exceptional customer service both via the phone and email.  The role involve:-

  • Taking inbound calls placing orders and discussing stock availability and delivery
  • Process email orders onto their bespoke system
  • Passing on new client enquiries to the Field Account Manager
  • Sending out samples when required
  • Typing quotations and sending to the customer
  • Completion of shipping documentation (training provided)

Working in a small team, we are looking for a person who has experience of working in an office based B2B customer service role and believes in providing an excellent service to customers.  Industry related knowledge will be trained.
