My client is a well established business based in Hatfield, Herts who are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to support the staff and the business but also do basic IT maintenance.

This a very busy and diverse role which requires someone with good experience supporting teams in the following areas, some basic maintenance working for a forward thinking business:-

Must have skills include:-

  • AWS
  • Twilio
  • 3CX
  • G Suite
  • Office 365 Apps
  • Apple iOS Devices
  • 1st Line Support
  • General IT Maintenance
  • Desirable experience of Crystal Reports or other Business Intelligent systems
  • Previous experience of working with an ERP system is desirable not essential
